The Royal Motor Yacht Club Broken Bay on the beautiful Northern Beaches of Sydney, New South Wales, provides excellent facilities for live entertainment, business meetings, cocktail parties, weddings and business conferences.

The Executive Boardroom
THE EXECUTIVE BOARDROOM for a more intimate dinner or cocktail party. Situated on the third level, featuring its own balcony and private facilities with spectacular views of Pittwater. Entry to the Executive Boardroom is via the main club foyer.
The Executive Board Room provides all your conference needs for up to 50 people, including:

The Top Deck Dining Room
Situated on the second level, THE TOP DECK is the most spectacular function room in the Royal Motor Yacht Club. This large room (with the option for a dance floor or an intimate dinner setting) has uninterrupted views of Pittwater and the surrounding area. This makes a perfect spot for a party, wedding or large conference.
The Top Deck is a larger venue than the Executive Boardroom and features a large stage and audiovisual equipment. Attendee capacity in the Top Deck depends on what configuration seating and tables are placed,
U-shaped: 90 people
Theatre style: 250 people
Cabaret: 160 people
Banquet: 200 people
Working business lunches available or dine in the Quarterdeck Brasserie.

I would like to congratulate one of your staff members. I have been liaising with Hayley Turner regarding an upcoming function which we are organising for our Maria Regina Catholic Primary Year 6 Graduation Dinner and I am so impressed with her efforts that I just wanted to write to you.
Our event is being held on the 12 December 2012, which coincidentally is Hayley’s birthday. We were previously booked into another function centre, but the staff were not very helpful, therefore, we searched for an alternative. From our first meeting Hayley was so warm and accommodating and has done everything possible to ensure we have a special evening. We have been trying to keep our costs down and Hayley has worked with us to achieve a balance between reasonable cost and wonderful food and environment. I hope you can pass these comments onto Hayley and let her know that we appreciate everything she has done for us.
We are looking forward to continuing working with Hayley on our Special Graduation Dinner.
