| Fishing Division |
|
Known as the “bottom fishers”, this active division’s focus is on combining a hectic social programme with a very competitive fishing competition. So if you are a keen fisher, just keen to dangle a line, or want to discover new angling secrets, come join one of our social raft-ups or attend a weigh-in at the Garden Forecourt adjoining the Brasserie. You don’t have to be a boat owner to join this division.

Congratulations to Bruce Ovenden with a fine snapper (and its little brother) |

At the last Annual General Meeting of the Fishing Division the previously long standing Committee stood down and unfortunately a new Committee was not elected. It has been decided to disband the Division until a new Committee can be formed.
The efforts and excellent work of the previous Committee, in running over many years a very successful Division, are greatly appreciated by Management and Members of the Club.
