Junior Sailing Division
The Junior Sailing Division was established to encourage members’ children between the ages of 8 to 14 years to participate in sailing. Children are able to learn with the support of parents and an enthusiastic Junior Sailing Committee. Mums and Dads are encouraged to participate.A very generous donation from Iplex to the RMYC Broken Bay facilitated the purchase of six‘Optimist’ sailers for our Junior Sailing program. The ‘Optimist’ sailers were launched at the club on 13th December 2006 by the CEO of Iplex, Bill Woods.

Junior Learn to Sail Program
RMYC Junior Sailors are invited to participate in the Royal Prince Alfred Yacht Club Tackers Sailing Programs for children wanting to learn or advance their skills in sailing Optimists.
