As a Division of the Royal Motor Yacht Club on the shores of beautiful Pittwater the Timber Boat Division boating on Pittwater and in the local waterwars.

The Division is known for calling themselves the “real boats” club, this division was created in September 1998 due to a large number of boat owner members with a mutual interest in timber boats. This division continues to grow with its annual Timber Boat Festival being one of the largest events on the RMYC calendar. The division’s main focus is social and educational with regular raft-ups and information nights.
