All About The Royal Motor Yacht Club
The Royal Motor Yacht Club Broken Bay, with its beautiful setting on Sydney’s magnificent Pittwater is widely recognised as one of Australia’s premier Yacht Clubs. Since its inception back in the 1920’s the Club has undergone many changes. With the passage of time there has been the inevitable transition from a small, semi-rural establishment for a tight-knit group of dedicated “boaties”, to the current modern facility catering fro a diverse community of cruising, sailing, racing, fishing and social members that is the Royal Motor Yacht Club Broken Bay today.
Despite the changes that have occurred in our membership, services and facilities over the years, the spirit of kinship and camaraderie that has always been evident at Royal Motor Yacht Club Broken Bay, is as strong as ever. The Club welcomes sail and motor boat owners and non-boaties for membership. View the “Membership” section for the range of Membership options available. All members enjoy the facilities of Sydney’s best Yacht Club. Restaurants, bars and a heated pool are complemented by an international class marina facility catering to all sizes of watercraft with slipway and trades services on site.
For the benefit of all members, the Royal Motor Yacht Club has a free shuttle bus. Suburbs of pick up and drop off in the 5 km radius from the Club are: Church Point, Bayview, Mona Vale, Warriewood, Newport, Bilgola, Clareville and Avalon (further only by arrangement).
