To book a function or event, please contact our Events Coordinator at [email protected]. They will guide you through the booking processes, available dates, and any specific requirements.

Our club is versatile and can host a range of events, including weddings, corporate functions, conferences, celebration of life functions, engagement parties and more. Contact us to discuss your specific event needs.

We offer various facilities including meeting rooms, catering services, audiovisual equipment, and beautiful outdoor and indoor spaces for events. Please contact our Events Coordinator for more details.

Yes, we have ample tiered parking available for event attendees.

We provide diverse catering options with customizable menus to suit your preferences. Our team can also accommodate dietary requirements. External catering is not allowed to be brought onto the premises.

While we encourage creative decorations, there may be some restrictions to maintaining our facilities. Please discuss your plans with our Events Coordinator for approval.

Cancellations of any event must be confirmed in writing to the club. Deposits are non-refundable where cancellation occurs 7 days or less prior to your function.

Certainly! To schedule a tour of our facilities, please contact [email protected] to make arrangements.

Each event space has a maximum capacity. Please have a look at our venue packages for detailed information on capacity and suitability for your event size.

A 100% deposit of the room hire is required to secure the booking, with the final payment due 7 days prior. Our Events Coordinator can provide specific details based on your event.

Is there a point of contact for event-related questions or assistance? Answer: For any event-related questions or assistance, please reach out to our Events Coordinator at [email protected] . They will be happy to help you plan and coordinate your event.

Salt Cove

Below are questions that we often get asked about dining in Salt Cove.

Yes, you are able to dine with us as a guest if you live outside of the 5km radius. If you live within a 5km radius of the Club you will need to be a member or be signed in by a member as their guest. Please note that non members will not have access to the Pool or the Marina.

Yes, however there is a cakeage fee. If you require the Club to portion & serves the cake there will be a $5 cakeage fee. If guests cut and serve the cake themselves there is a $2 cakeage fee

Please inform the staff at the counter when ordering your meal to ensure we can cater to your needs. If you are attending an event you must email the events coordinator or make mention of the dietary requirements at time of booking to ensure the chefs for your event are aware & can cater.

No, kid’s meals are for children aged 12 years and under. We also provide crayons and a colouring menu.

Yes, we are happy to provide takeaway containers. However, please note the Club is not responsible for the safe transportation & reheating of the food items.

No, we are a licensed premise and all alcohol purchased must be consumed on the premise.

Yes, Alcohol can be purchased at the Marina Office, please see Drinks on Board menu on the website.

Yes, please contact reception.

Yes, however this cannot be consumed on club premises. Please see On Water Catering menu on the website.

Salt Cove, Compass Terrace, Compass Wharf, Waterview Terrace, Salt Cove Alfresco, the Lounge Bar/ Lounge Balcony, and the Poolside.

No, you must be a member to use the pool facilities.

Yes, you simply need to mention you would like to place a 'takeaway order' and the team will place your order in takeaway containers for you.

No, the Pool area is designated as a first in best dressed area. This has been designed this way as it is a popular area.

Yes, you will however be seated over several tables to accommodate the booking.

Your booking will be held for 15 minutes unless you notify the club of your late arrival.

Marina General

Below are questions that we often get asked about our Marina, if your question is not below please feel free to reach out to us and we will be happy to answer it for you!

If you are a member of the club, we have the 45min zone available. If you are not a member or would like a longer lunch booking please call the marina office on 9998 5588 and we will do our best to accommodate.

Yes, we offer both permanent & casual

Anything longer than 6months

We generally have a waitlist in every size bracket. Please contact the marina office for more information.

Yes, only if you are a boat owner member. We have the red coned drop off zone for this.

Yes, if you are a member you can pull into the 45min zone and fill up your water for free.

Yes while fuelling, the cost is $20.

Yes, we stock frozen pilchards, squid, and prawns.

Yes, we stock block and crushed ice bags.

Yes we have a selection of beer and wine available.

No, it is only available during the marina office trading hours.

Yes our outside fuel dock is floating has lines and fenders, our inside fuel dock is fixed and has lines.

No, our outside fuel dock only has diesel facility.

Around the southern end of the outer wall

No at both docks there is a phone, which will come through to the marina office and we will send someone out to unlock the bowser and serve you.

Twice a year marine rescue do a flare collection at bayview. Please check their website for more details.

Yes, available on both our inside and outside fuel docks.

Marina Casual Berthing

You will find under the marina a pdf, please populate this form and send to the email address on the bottom of the form and we will come back to you.

It is depends on the size of your vessel.

Our outer wall is available for casual berthing and occasion we can allocation inside berths.

If you are not a member of the club you can park in our upper carpark while casually berthed at the club.

Yes, Boat Owner Members get one free night per month on the marina subject to availability.

Boat Owner Members can book additional nights on the marina at a discounted members rate.

No, these nights are 1 per month only and they do not accumulate.

Yes, have Diesel, unleaded and premium unleaded available

Marina Waitlist

Yes, you need to pay 2 times the monthly fee and be a boat owner member of the club.

No, only boat owner members can be on the waitlist.
